If you are not 100% satisfied with our customer service or coursework material, MTOCE is happy to give you a full refund for up to thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. However, if a Certificate of Achievement has already been issued for continuing education hours, then you will no longer be eligible for a refund. At any time, should a refund claim arise relating to our (CE) course material, our financial liability to you should not exceed the dollar amount of course material purchased. Typically, the method of payment used at the time of your purchase will be the same method used to refund that amount back to you. If payment was received from a money order, then MTOCE will send you a refund check by mail.
